With Service demands and Technology always changing we have implemented a state of the art Vending software to operate our day to day operations.And transitioned to remote monitoring and telemetry use. This allows us to communicate with our machines and have our vending software generate our day to day orders based on the sales being reported by the machines. This enables our drivers to only go out with the exact amount of products they need for the day and keep machines filled and operating at peak efficiency.

The management at Queen City Vending are always looking for ways to improve our service while maintaining great relationships with our customers. One way we feel we can accomplish this is by offering a cost savings plan. We believe in conserving energy and using it responsibly. Machines that we own are either updated or are in the process of being updated to run at their highest level. New machines are being requested with state-of-the-art technology, including energy star rated, LED lighting, Sure Vend and motion sensors. We have recently received the first of many new machines that are only using power when people are within the sensor detection range of 8ft. After a specified period of inactivity, the lights will turn off. These machines are equipped with state-of-the-art LED lighting which will reduce energy costs up to 75%. This action alone will reduce power and energy costs for operating the equipment. We will upgrade current machines with this new technology

The most popular advancement has been in cashless vending. With people carrying less cash now there has been an increased demand on being able to make purchases with your phone, credit card or debit card. Over the past few years we have been updating machines with credit card readers to be able to pay with credit/debit card and smart phones. And also installing payrange to machines to enable consumers to make purchases from their smart phones with a simple swipe of their finger.
